1. Accepted payment methods

You can pay safely at Pleasy with:

  • iDEAL – For direct payments within the Netherlands

  • Credit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay – Contactless payments via your mobile

  • Bancontact – For customers in Belgium

  • PayPal

All payments are processed in Euro (€) .

2. Processing of payments

  • The amount will be debited or reserved immediately after you place your order.

  • We will only start processing your order once payment has been successfully completed.

3. Security & fraud prevention

  • We use secure payment environments with SSL encryption .

  • In case of suspected fraud, we reserve the right to temporarily hold or cancel an order.

4. Refunds

  • In case of cancellation before shipment: refund within 14 working days .

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
