Below you'll find frequently asked questions about orders, shipping, payments, and returns. If your question isn't listed, please feel free to contact us at info@pleassy.nl .
Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your package will then be delivered within 5 to 8 business days. Shipping will take place from our warehouse in China.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link via email. Please note that tracking may take a while after shipment. You can also track your order via the tracking page.
3. What if I am not at home when the delivery takes place?
Your package will then be delivered to a collection point (PostNL or Bpost). You will receive an automatic notification.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed immediately. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours if the package hasn't yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Is my payment secure?

7. Are there any additional charges?
No, Pleasey doesn't charge any additional transaction fees. However, your bank or payment provider may charge a service fee.
8. What is your return period?
You have a 14-day reflection period from the moment you receive your order.
9. How can I return an item?
Send an email to info@pleassy.nl with your order number. We'll send you return instructions with your address and a return form. Please also see our returns policy .
10. Am I responsible for the return costs?
Yes, the costs for returning the product are for the customer.
11. When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 working days of receiving your return.
12. Can I also exchange?
Only in case of damage or defect. Exchanges are only possible for the same item (same color/size) and only if in stock.

16. Do you have a withdrawal form?
Yes, you can download the model withdrawal form here and include it with your return.
